In 1994, a retired NYC firefighter pulled into DeLand with a used service truck and a cell phone bolted to the dash. John Rack had traded the FDNY for the Florida sun — but not the habit of answering calls at 3 AM.
Three decades later, his son Jesse runs the company day-to-day. Same name on the door, same technicians on the trucks, same insistence that every visit get documented on video — a habit that started as an insurance safeguard and became the way the whole crew works.
